This made me laugh a lot when I made it. I had no plans to draw anything specific, I just let my scrap of cloth and the end of the paintbrush (I was using to wipe away the ink on the plate) guide me and when I pulled it out of the press this was the result - which to me screams COVID, a big old cough in the face. It was a complete accident, but that is what is so freeing and amazing about printmaking, it allows accidents to happen, and accidents can make really interesting work.
